• All donations are non-refundable unless there is a processing error.
• Payment receipts will be sent to your registered email address.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Cancellation of a booked service by the Temple administration.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Donations made voluntarily are generally non-refundable.
